If you use the account or identity verification features, we also collect the information and document images you choose to submit for that purpose.
We use your information to operate your account, process your simulated trades and cash activity, send account-related emails (like verification links and login notifications), and review identity verification submissions. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Your data is stored in our database and protected with standard security practices, including password hashing and encrypted session cookies. As with any platform, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We use a single, essential cookie to keep you signed in. It's not used for advertising or tracking, and it's the only cookie this platform sets.
This platform relies on a few third-party services to function:
Resend -- delivers account emails (welcome, verification, password reset) on our behalf.
TradingView -- provides the live charts and technical-analysis widgets shown on trading and market pages.
CoinGecko -- supplies live cryptocurrency price data.
None of these services receive your account password. Basic information needed to deliver a given feature (like your email address, for sending you an email) is shared only as necessary for that feature to work.
You can update your profile information and remove your uploaded avatar at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via the Help Center.
This Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
